Our Story

Welcome to Mahal Eating! We started our traveling kitchen with the intention of feeding people with good food and show love the way we’ve known through Filipino culture.

We grew up eating the same foods as Alonzo is a quarter Filipino so when we met, it was nice to share and show him Filipino culture the way I knew it. I’ve always known food to symbolize love so for me, cooking for others is an extension of my heart.

We hope anytime you eat Mahal Eating, you feel the love we put into our dishes and it fills your heart and stomach with warmth.
